Wisconsin Eye Consultants applies a 3% surcharge to payments made with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. This surcharge is no greater than our cost of accepting credit cards.
The surcharge does not apply to:

- HSA cards
- FSA cards
- Prepaid cards
