What to Expect During a Retinal Evaluation

You may be advised to bring a driver with you to drive you home afterward due to dilation.

What Happens After Your Retinal Evaluation
After your retinal evaluation, you may notice light sensitivity, especially after dilation. You may also notice blurred vision, which should resolve quickly. Typically, there are no significant side effects associated with a retinal evaluation.
